Minca is a small peaceful town located near Santa Marta, in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta mountains. Minca is known for its waterfalls, coffee farms, biodiversity and as a gateway to the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta mountains.

Taganga is a small fishing town located on the Caribbean coast next to Santa Marta. The town is known for its beautiful bay, its beach and its laidback atmosphere.

Tayrona National Park is located in northern Colombia, along the Caribbean coast. It consist of a large protected area covering the foothills of where the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta meet the Caribbean coast. It’s known for its tropical beaches, coastal lagoons, dense rainforest and rich biodiversity. There is also an archaeological site found withing the park, consisting of terraces and structures built by the Tayrona civilisation.

Cabo de la Vela is a small town located in Colombia’s northern desert region of La Guajira. It is becoming more popular among travellers due to its unique landscapes and culture and its wonderful beaches.
