Yellowstone National Park is located mostly in northwestern Wyoming and part of the park spreads into Montana and Idaho. Yellowstone is known for its dramatic landscapes consisting of canyons, rivers, lush forests, hot springs and geysers and is home to many animal species, including elk, bison, bears and wolves.
