San Gil is a small city located in the Northern region of the Colombian Andes near Bucaramanga. It's known as the adventure capital Colombia with an abundance of outdoor activities nearby. Activities include hiking, rafting, caving, canyoning, mountain biking, bungee jumping and paragliding.
