Wat Chaiwatthanaram is an impressive Buddhist temple located in the ancient city of Ayutthaya in Thailand. This temple was built in 1630 by King Prasat Thong and is a major tourist destination due to its stunning architecture and rich history.

The temple is surrounded by a moat and consists of a central prang, or spire, surrounded by eight smaller prangs. The prangs feature intricate carvings of Buddha, Hindu gods and goddesses, and scenes from Buddhist mythology. Inside the main prang are several statues of Buddha and a giant bronze bell.
