Aït Benhaddou is a historic ksar located along the former caravan route between the Sahara and Marrakech. It has been an UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987 and is known for its high walls and earthen clay architecture and its featured in many movies and series including Gladiator and Game of Thrones.
